Couple Therapy
Couple therapy offers the opportunity to engage in conversations that are different from the ones that have been challenging and perhaps cyclical between partners. I aim to facilitate more open and effective communication, allowing partners to explore patterns in their relationship that they hope to understand or change together. In a compassionate space free of judgement, couples may navigate past and present issues that are getting in the way of desired connection and repair.
As a relationally trained therapist, I work to ensure all voices are heard and respected. My therapeutic approach will be adjusted to meet your unique needs as individuals and partners. Areas of focus that I work with include, but are not limited to, the following:
