Individual Therapy
(Adult & Youth 12+ years)
Individual therapy offers a collaborative space dedicated to self-exploration, and understanding the parts of your story that may or may not be working for you. These could be things like: how you identify with the roles you hold (such as perfectionist, peacekeeper, partner), how you navigate important relationships, or what you commit your energy to. I aim to support a deepened understanding of your concerns and needs, and the actions or perspective shift needed to create meaningful change.
My therapeutic approach will be adjusted to meet your unique needs. Areas of focus that I work with include, but are not limited to, the following:
